Gender Equality Self Assessment GESA

Gender Equity is a cross-cutting theme in all of Plan Pakistan’s programmes. For the pursuance of its core objectives, Plan Pakistan is consciously striving to mainstream gender across the board. Towards this end, Plan Pakistan conducted a Gender Equality Self-Assessment (GESA) exercise at country level. GESA is a tool and process for an organization to be used to identifying how gender issues are addressed in its programming and in its internal organizational processes.
