Mr. Shahzad Bukhari

Executive Director

Shahzad Bukhari is the Executive Director of Action Consulting and known as development sector specialist. He enjoyed more than 25 years of his career in establishing and building capacities of organizations and individual in corporate, social and government sector in Pakistan and abroad. He has also MANAGED more than hundred projects in development/corporate sector including gender & governance, enterprise development, career development & management, research and development, agriculture/ horticulture, youth leadership, community/social mobilization, local government, communication & project management, skill trainings, voter education (election), human, women and labor rights. He trained various level of participants including department sectaries, doctors, professors, trainers, mangers, professionals, students and community members.
He has also designed and compiled curriculum and training material in various disciplines. As a master and lead trainer, he focuses on enterprise development, gender & governance and generic training of trainers (TOTs). He also trained a large number of faculty members from (21) universities of Pakistan to mainstream gender in their courses and curriculum under ADB funded project.
He is the pioneer of, only registered platform for career counselors and professional i.e. Association of Career Counselor and Vocational Guides in Pakistan. He also managed various development sector projects for national and international donors across Pakistan including ADB, UNDP, TAF, World Bank, UNICEF

Mr. Tahir Manzoor

Labor & Compliance Specialist

Mr. Tahir Manzoor is the former director of Industrial Relations Institute (IRI) & Center for the Improvement of Working Conditions (CIWCE), under Department of Labor and Human Resource (L&HRD). He is the certified trainer, instructor and official for ISO-8000 certifications. He has attended and conducted various national and international trainings in Labor laws, compliance, Quality control, labor audits, inspection and gender. He was the team leader of international award winning project “Gender Sensitive Labor Inspection Toolkit. The project took first position, across the globe, in public sector initiatives.

Miss Ayesha Mubeen

Communication Intern

Ayesha Mubeen is doing her graduation from Lahore School of Economics, Lahore. She is A-Level gold medalist from Beaconhouse College major in Economics and Business. She is specializing in Media Marketing. She is the youngest and passionate intern with excellent communication skills. She is looking after the project documentation, transcription and development of presentation.

Mr. Abdul Aziz Joyo

Regional Manager, Sindh

Mr. Aziz is an experience professional with demonstrated experience in education, corporate, social and public sector. He has excellent history of community and resource mobilizations for development projects. He has worked as Master and lead trainers for many national and provincial initiatives e.g. enterprise and livelihood improvement, voter education, teacher education, etc. His passion about child education and youth empowerment made him renowned in social sector of Sindh province.
He is an excellent management resources for provincial and national donor funded projects. He has worked for many national and international organizations including Indus Resource Center, British council, Social Enterprise Academy Scotland, SBEP, Jhipigo, Save the Children, CRS, Idara-e-Taleem o-Agahi, CHIP, ECI, AHD, BRDS, SAWFCO , PPAF, MENTECH & ARC, FCGHC, etc.

Mr. Rana Imran Arshad

Trainings & Rollout Manager

Rana Imran has more than ten years of experience in designing and conducting of training across Pakistan. He has also managed mega rollout projects for BISP, ILO, USAID and Save the Children.
He has demonstrated skills in the field of enterprise, career counseling, monitoring and evaluation of mega projects and arranging exposure visits for various civil society organization in all four provinces of Pakistan.
Imran is currently heading a team to monitor a provincial level program for the capacity building of female councilors in all 36 districts of Punjab.

Mr. Wajid Naeem

Administration and HR Manager

Wajid Naeem has more than 15 years diversified experience in the development sector, as well as in the private sector. He has extensive experience in delivering educational and capacity building projects in collaboration with national and international development organizations. He has coordinated successful projects funded by CIDA, USAID, DFID, ILM Ideas, Hashoo Foundation, EU, Aman Foundation etc.
With an MBA in Management, an accomplished results-oriented Human Resource and Administration professional with extensive experience in the recruitment, coordination, customer relations, customer service, planning of events, and support of daily operational and administrative functions.
He is looking after the hiring of project staff, marketing of training, execution of events. He maintains good working relationships with clients, vendors and government agency representatives.

Mr. Sajjad Haider

Finance Manager

Sajjad Haider is an MBA with a major in finance. He is a professional with multisector experience including the public, private, and social sectors. He is responsible for all financial systems, taxation, and contracting servcies.

Mr. Shadab Fariduddin

OD and Research Specialist

Mr. Shadab Fariduddin, is a Pakistan-based researcher and management consultant who has served clients in Afghanistan, Botswana, Ethiopia, Qatar, South Africa, Europe and UAE in the last 20 years. He holds degrees of MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA – Karachi) and MS in Management Science from Shaheed Zulifiqar Ali Bhutto Inst. of Sc. & Tech (SZABIST – Karachi). Mr. Shadab has demonstrated experience in the concept-to-commercialization roll out of innovative ideas, institutional development, franchising and enterprise development, brand and market development.
