Capacity Building of Young Development Agents to Prepare VDPs, Baidarie/NED, 2023: Designed and conducted capacity building training for young development agents from 140 villages of district Sialkot. These young developments will evaluate and assess their own villages with the help of community members prepare a village development plan and take development initiatives from the community’s own resources.
